These encores really sell well in our area, especially being clean faxes and under 100k miles. This price point is extremely hard to find nowadays.

Exterior presents well, don't see any major issues or concerns that need addressed. No paintwork that is noticeable, all paint shines bright.

Interior has no major wear or tear. Minor staining on seats I will have the detailer go over again, should knock it mostly out. 

Mechanically solid overall. Engine is quiet, trans shifts like butter. 

Overall price point vehicle, that is in decent shape
